Homemade Blocks
To make a set of your own free blocks, simply save boxes from cereal and your other favorite foods and tape them together.  I would like to paint numbers and letters on mine to decorate them and to help with letter and number recognition, but we have not done that yet.

  7. We've made these over the years. Our favorites have been the ones we turned inside out. These can be decorated very easily by the children. When they get smashed it's just recycle and make a new one.
